Ellwanger Wellenbad in Ellwangen

A great bathroom - especially now after the renovation (2018/2019). The range of pools is great, and there are now also slides for the children. The newly designed outdoor pool is great, and the new warm pool in the interior is also really good. Due to Corona, the bathroom could only be used at certain time windows lately. The online reservation of tickets is very well implemented. Unfortunately, at the beginning and end of the time window there are bottlenecks in the changing rooms (as these can only be used by a limited number of people) and in the hair dryers. The hairdryers are placed a little inconveniently for smaller children (<130cm). Clear recommendation - with a little potential for improvement!

The facility has been great since it was added. Water slides, wave pool, outdoor pool, steam bath, relaxation area and restaurant available.

The outdoor pool is much too cold. There are only a few massage jets. At the weekend it is too crowded and above all too loud. The gastronomy is delicious. It's just a shame that the landlord can't get enough. The owner of the restaurant is considering closing.

Very rude staff. Today we were not allowed to buy swimming trunks and were expelled from the indoor pool. We didn't get our money back after 1 minute in the indoor pool.

Not as spectacular as it is shown on the homepage. It's a shame that the waves only come once an hour. The slides are only for children and not for adults. The food in the snack bar is bad. Pizza is very spicy, not for children!

Nice pool, a little crowded on Sunday so you could not swim freely in the sports pool which is not somehow separate from another. Saunas clean but paid extra. 1.5h ticket = 6.5e There is a large car park and restaurant on site. recommend

I was there for the first time after the renovation yesterday. It was great, we had a lot of fun, including us adults. I have to deduct 1 star because if you want to go to the toilet it's pretty cold there. My son also told mom it was cold and shivered .. My conclusion: great!

You can easily spend the afternoon here. It is also very entertaining. What I don't like is that in the restaurant you only get the coffee in a paper cup. Even if you sit there and don't want to take it to the bathroom

Nice wave pool with a small area with slides (very interesting for approx. 10 to 10 year olds), warm water area for small children (0 approx. 4 - 5 years), the large wave pool / swimming pool with hourly waves, steam sauna and relaxation area. The bathroom is just right for a nice family outing.

opening hours It would be great to be able to swim and swim longer on Saturdays and especially Sundays or later when the kids are out I know the staff has no desire to work until midnight and it has to fit economically

Nice swimming pool with waves, a nice baby pool and great slides for the slightly larger ones. Everything was very clean, the dining area is not ideal, but clean. The prices for entry and food are okay.

Everything you need and a free sauna area (Edit: apparently I accidentally sneaked in for free without knowing this :-). But it was great, and next time I'll be happy to pay for it)

It has recently renovated, making it hugely better. There are two warm pools (with one of them being partially outside) two slides, one baby pool, two restaurants(one fast-food inside, the thai outside) There is also a "Dampf Sauna" so a room with a lot of steam (which is very healthy and good for you) a big pool with a hydraulic wave machine. Every fourty-five minutes there is a fifteen minute "Wave period" where this machine is running. The "Wellenbad" is easily accessible and has a ton of wheelchair accesible parking spaces.

Nice indoor pool for the whole family. Everything was very clean Slide, outdoor pool, warm pool, wave operation (only today the water felt much colder), children's pool, steam sauna and normal sauna. What can be done away with is the absolutely bad kiosk! Friendliness and service is something else. After waiting 20 minutes so that you can order at all, the lady explains that the economy comes first! We left and definitely won't buy anything there anymore!

Good for families. Not good for sport swimming

Very cool place especially for families with children. On weekends terribly crowded. There is not much space in the locker rooms. But the kids love it and that's the most important.

Very nice no matter if for big or small. During the holidays warm bath in the large wave pool. Gastronomy also available and directly accessible by the bathroom. We will gladly come again.

Good bath! Never experienced the wave effects since I only do the swimming training of my triathlon fitness program there at 6:00 in the morning, but whenever I visited everything was ok. Also has a sauna area and a steam bath. Staff always friendly.
